Struggling Actors must get a chance...

All the people who are struggling to be a new Actor in Entertainment Industry must get atleast one chance to act in some project (films, serials, ads, plays, etc.)
So many people are there, who are not able to perform their skills & some are able to perform, but they do not get any chance. Luckily, some people get a big-break, but some of them are not able to do that work, they also don't deserve that position. But the money do their work & they become successful.
What about poor, middle-class, backward & disabled? Many great personalities of Film Industry says/shows that they are kind-hearted, they have sympathy, they like to do social work. But only in dreams. If a talented person visits them after so many efforts, they simply says "Have you worked before?, if NO then come afterwards". In this cycle, so many years of life are destroyed, doing some another work even having talent!
If we unite & make our own way through our field of interest, we will sure succeed.

Just ask yourselves how many times have you wished your friends & family on the occasion of our country’s constitution day? We do celebrate the Independence day and Republic day, but we knowingly ignore the greatness & importance of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Why Dr. BR Ambedkar is important for all of us? Just imagine our country before independence. We, all of us, were slaves of someone. There was a hierarchy of caste system. Each caste was inferior to some other caste. This system existed on the basis of Manusmriti. Even on top of this, there were the rulers of that time; be it French, Portuguese, Adilshahi, Nizamshahi, Britishers, etc. The situation of our country was pathetic before independence. It was only because of the Indian constitution which gave us equality, fraternity, justice, brotherhood, sisterhood, freedom of speech, freedom of choice, freedom of worship and various fundamental rights and duties too. दलित म्हणजे कोण?

दलित म्हणजे ती व्यक्ती किंवा तो समाज ज्याचं शोषण होत असतं, ज्यावर अत्याचार होत असतो. मुळात दलित म्हणजे शोषित व पिडीत समाज किंवा व्यक्ती, मग तो कोणत्याही स्तरातील जातीचा अथवा वर्णाचा असो. पूर्वीपासून आपल्या समाजात वर्णव्यवस्था आणि जातींची उतरंड असल्यामुळे सवर्णांकडून फक्त खालच्या स्तरातील जातींच्या लोकांवर अत्याचार झाले. त्याच लोकांना आपण दलित म्हणतो. ही संकल्पना तेव्हाच लोकांच्या मनात रुजली की खालच्या स्तरातील जाती म्हणजे दलित. याच कारणामुळे आज आपण विशिष्ट समाजाला दलित म्हणून संबोधतो. दलित या शब्दाचा अर्थ आपण जर जात किंवा विशिष्ट जातीचा समाज म्हणून घेत असू तर हा एक प्रकारचा गैरसमज आहे. दलित म्हणजे जात किंवा कोणता विशिष्ट समाज घटक नसून ती माणसाची परिस्थिती आहे. समाजात माणसा - माणसात हा जातींचा भेदभाव पाहून महात्मा फुलेंनी शूद्रांना त्यांच्या गुलामीची जाणीव करून दिली आणि विद्रोह केला. डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर त्या शोषित व पिडीत लोकांसाठी समाजातील विषमतेविरुद्ध लढले. आज त्याच कारणामुळे ते लोक बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरांचे अनुयायी आहेत, काही भक्तसुद्धा आहेत; म्हणून आजच्या काळात लोकांना असा गैरस...
