Bharat, shall be a Union of States.” But many of us citizens, the right-wing
political leaders of both in power and opposition, even the Muslim leaders and
the whole of Bollywood calls our country as “Hindustan”. This one word tells us
how backward we are and how much do we respect our independent country and our
constitution. The concept of Hindustan again & again reminds me of our
slavery when we were under the rule of various foreign rulers. But those who
call it as Hindustan, knowingly or unknowingly depicts how unaffectionate, uncompassionate
and ignorant they are towards other communities living in India. Whenever
someone shows their patriotism, especially from right-wing, they are more
patriot to the pre-independent Hindustan than the post-independent India
(Bharat).</p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<h2>Fanatic Domination: <o:p></o:p></h2>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Using the references from our history, the British rulers propagated
the hatred between Hindus and Muslims and after the independence we carried
& continued that hatred. The polarizing of Hindus by the right-wing leaders
by giving the birth to terms called “Hindutva” and “Love Jihad”. On the other
hand, the lack of education in Muslim community is leading them in this
discourse to react proactively. There’s no need to polarize them because they
are already polarized in the name of Islam. The only need is one spark, and
without any reasoning, these uneducated, brainwashed & polarized youth from
both the sides create a religious tensions and sometimes riots too. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The need to polarize all the Hindus in the name of
“Hindutva” is required by desperate right-wing politicians is because the whole
of Hindu community is divided into sub-groups called as “caste”. These castes
are not equal, instead there is a hierarchy of these so-called upper and lower
castes. Surprisingly, there is no “middle caste” term in Hindu religion because
everyone feels that there’s someone above them and below them. This leads to
inequality and that’s why Hindus are not united and this is the main reason
right-wingers want to mobilise more & more volunteers for their propaganda;
that’s why they have created this hollow ideology of “Hindutva”, which is doing
more harm than any benefit. The main agenda to gather all the Hindus under one
umbrella of “Hindutva” is not “uniting” them for their betterment, instead to
use them as an army against the Muslims.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Here in India, Hindus are in majority and Muslims are
minority, so we see the instigation of riots mostly from the people who are
more in number because they want to outnumber the already minor population to
uphold & propagate their racial supremacy. But what if Muslims were in
majority? I doubt, they would do something different. They will do that same
according to the mentality of term “majority”. Expanding the region to rule
more & more people as per our own law is not only a thing of history. These
acts of Hindus and Muslims clearly shows what we’ve already read in our history
is still in context. But the modern version of “expanding our territory” is
more poisonous. The violence which we see in our history can be seen as a war
between two rulers, but today’s situation has become personal and every
ideologically polarized and influenced person wants his religion to rule
everyone.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<h2>What the maker of the constitution said about these two poles & the
histories behind it?<o:p></o:p></h2>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s
two quotes will give us an idea and might sum up what these two extreme
fundamentalisms will do to each other and everyone around it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">Dr. Ambedkar writes in
his book, “Pakistan or The Partition of India” - <i>“Hinduism is said to divide
people and in contrast Islam is said to bind people together. This is only a
half-truth. For Islam divides as inexorably as it binds. Islam is a close
corporation and the distinction that it makes between Muslims and non-Muslims is
a very real, very positive and very alienating distinction. The brotherhood of
Islam is not the universal brotherhood of man. It is brotherhood of Muslims for
Muslims only. There is a fraternity, but its benefit is confined to those
within that corporation. For those who are outside the corporation, there is
nothing but contempt and enmity. The second defect of Islam is that it is a
system of social self-government and is incompatible with local
self-government, because the allegiance of a Muslim does not rest on his
domicile in the country which is his but on the faith to which he belongs. To
the Muslim, ibi bene ibi patria [Where it is well with me, there is my country]
is unthinkable. Wherever there is the rule of Islam, there is his own country.
In other words, Islam can never allow a true Muslim to adopt India as his
motherland and regard a Hindu as his kith and kin.”<o:p></o:p></i></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">In the same book, Dr.
Ambedkar says, <i>“If the Hindu Raj does become a fact, it will, no doubt, be
the greatest calamity for this country. No matter what the Hindus say, Hinduism
is a menace to liberty, equality and fraternity. On that account it is
incompatible with democracy. Hindu Raj must be prevented at any cost.”<o:p></o:p></i></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">The following next quotes
by Dr. Ambedkar will shed a light on what Hinduism was doing even before
Muslims entered India.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">Dr. Ambedkar in his book,
“Revolution & Counter-Revolution in Ancient India”, writes – <i>“In the
first place it must be recognized that there has never been such as a common
Indian culture, that historically there have been three Indias - Brahmanic
India, Buddhist India and Hindu India. The history of India before the Muslim
invasions is the history of a mortal conflict between Brahmanism and Buddhism.
Because Ashoka made Buddhism the religion of the state. This of course was the
greatest blow to the Brahmanism. The Brahmins lost all state patronage and were
neglected to a secondary and subsidiary position in the Empire of Ashoka.
Indeed, it may be said to have been suppressed for the simple reason that
Ashoka prohibited all animal sacrifices which constituted the very essence of
Brahmanic religion. The Brahmins had not only lost state patronage but they
lost their occupation which mainly consisted in performing sacrifices for a fee
which often times was very substantial and which constituted their chief source
of living. The Brahmins therefore lived as the suppressed and depressed classes
for nearly 140 years during which the Mauryan Empire lasted.”<o:p></o:p></i></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">Further he writes, <i>“Brahmins
made fools of the Kshatriyas and the two brought the Vaishyas under them. However,
all three decided to keep the Shudras down. They prevented the Shudras from
owning property because it should not be that after acquiring property, they
are free from the clutches of the upper three castes. Shudras were prevented
from acquiring knowledge, lest they are aware of their welfare. They were
banned from keeping weapons lest they revolt against the system.”<o:p></o:p></i></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;"><i><br /></i></span></p>
<h2><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">The reality of contrast:<o:p></o:p></span></h2>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">According to Dr.
Babasaheb Ambedkar, both the Hindus and Muslims were at fault. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">Even when the idea of “<i>Ummah”</i>
(Muslim brotherhood) is discussed in the Constitution of Medina as a
brotherhood between Muslims, Jews, Christians and other Pagan religions/tribes,
I doubt how much Muslims are empathetic towards others across the world if we
look at the terrorism or even at the Muslim governments in general. I’m not generalizing
all the Muslims here. I’m empathetic towards all the minorities around the
world. Be it Muslims or Buddhists in India, or Hindus in Pakistan. But the
reality is those minority Hindus in Pakistan might think that the organizations
like RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Durga Vahini, Sriram Sene, etc. are working for the
betterment of Hindus and propagation of Hinduism. In the same way, Muslims also
can think to spread Islam. Looking at the sentiments of religious people, they’ll
incline towards their own religious (or claiming to be religious) organization which
are spreading their religions using whatever way they can; be it a charity or
be it terrorism. Looking from the same point of view, one may not talk openly
about their hidden feelings of spreading their religion using money or muscle
power, but somewhere they’ll support their goal ignoring their path. The reason
behind this is very simple. Every person thinks that they’re being used (or
misused), they’re oppressed, they’re being ignored by the govt., they need more
attention for their upliftment, so on & so forth; such feelings of
insecurity may bring support for all organizations related to my social identity.
This can happen with any society in the world.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">On the other hand, even
when all the Hindus claim that their Vedas are written by god, I wonder why
these gods have made every Hindu unequal. They could’ve made one Hindu religion
and all the members of it as Hindus like it’s there with Muslims or Christians.
If you question the castes in Muslims and Christians, it’s there only in India,
and that thing again came from Hinduism only. If we look on the global level,
they just have sects. These sects are made by humans according to their
internal beliefs. But these sects worship parallelly to their gods. But in Hinduism,
there’s a system of hierarchy which is obviously vertical.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<h2><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">The forced Hindu-Muslim brotherhood
& ignorance for others: <o:p></o:p></span></h2>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">It is a positive thing to
pronounce sentences like <i>“Ramzan me Ram hai, aur Diwali me Ali”</i>, but we
know the reality. The government like BJP might want to ban processions of
Muslims but they won’t speak against miscreants who make unnecessary furore in
Muslim areas or in front of their place of worship. Such incidents get
discussed in media and in society for a long period. Such incidents happen
again & again which creates a situation where only these two communities
come in focus, and all other communities gets ignored. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">The news media covers
these incidents and other communities gets automatically ignored even when each
and every person and community is important for any country. It is imperative for
everyone, especially for our government to protect rights of every individual;
but this binary has created a delusion that only two communities exist in India
i.e., Hindus and Muslims. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">Every Indian person can
tell the culture of Hindus & Muslims even if they’re from another
community. Everyone knows their culture and riots too. But when communities like
Buddhist, Jain, Christain or any tribal community hold a protest, does the members
of Hindu or Muslim community show any concern? They’re interested only in their
matters. We can observe here, how the quote of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar fits
perfectly here. Even when they said that the brotherhood in Islam is a
brotherhood amongst Muslims itself, we can also conclude that the brotherhood
in Hindus is brotherhood of their particular caste, and not the brotherhood of
the overall Hindu community. These upper caste Hindutvawadi politicians want
tribals to call themselves Hindus but when it comes to their rights &
protests, how many Hindu leaders or communities support them? <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">When Khairlanji massacre
happened, how many people from other communites came down on streets for the
justice to Bhotmange family? But when Nirbhaya rape case happened, the whole Hindu
community in our country went on to protest. Protesting against such crimes is
very important and natural but being selective to speak for the victims looking
at their caste is inhumane. We should protest and ask for the justice for victims
like Nirbhaya but where were these people when Khairlanji killings happened? A
whole family, parents with son and daughter were paraded naked in the village,
all of them including the two sons, their father along with the women in their
family were raped several times by hundreds of men in the village in front of
everyone including other women and people were so casual that no one opposed it.
You can see the difference, a girl from upper caste was raped and our whole nation
protested gathering on streets, which absolutely should’ve been done & even
I protested against it; but a lower caste family was raped and murdered; leave
the country, only that particular community was protesting about that brutal rapes
& murders. An important point to note that the scheduled caste has hundreds
of castes but we will never see all the castes amongst scheduled caste list together.
Whenever there is some atrocity, only Buddhist community will fight for their
justice. But when it comes to the election & voting, politicians will try
to polarize Hindus like there is no caste discrimination among them and all
Hindus are equal. Even the Hindu community will never ask any question to that
politician. Instead, they’ll follow whatever a person on stage is saying and
that’s how religious fanatic parties like BJP come into power.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">In the US, a police
officer murdered a black man named George Floyd, the whole world was showing
concern for that incident. Again, we should speak against every kind of
discrimination & atrocities, but only speaking regarding that topic to stay
in the trend is very bad. At that time, Bollywood actors were tweeting and
expressing their thoughts on George Floyd’s murder which happened in America.
But these Bollywood stars are so hypocrites that they’ll only speak when
something gains a national or international coverage. These hypocrites will
never see people dying in their country but they are more concerned about
incidents happening in America. Such acts are clearly done to stay in the trend
and will never speak for their fellow countrymen. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<h2><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;"><o:p> </o:p></span></h2>
<h2><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">Conclusion:<o:p></o:p></span></h2>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-language: MR;">We should speak for
humanity. When someone is doing wrong to others, we should never wait till it
happen with us. Speak against inhumane acts irrespective of their caste, creed,
religion, community, tribe, race, skin colour, financial status, etc. If you’re
speaking to be a part of the global trend, then don’t speak at all. Because it
shows how hypocrite you are like India’s, sorry, Hindustan’s Bollywood stars.
These people are the best example of casteist people in India ignore others,
but it’s funny when these people say that there’s no casteism in Bollywood. Hindus
& Muslims should speak on other issues as well. While reading this article,
don’t presume that I’m generalising things. I know there are exceptions everywhere.
Such exception in Bollywood is Mr. Aamir Khan who have expressed his thoughts
boldly whenever necessary. I know it takes courage to speak out, but just
imagine what will happen and how will you feel if something wrong happens to
you and no one come to your help. At that time, others might say where were you
when it was happening with me? <o:p></o:p></span>Follow your culture & religion in your homes, but when you step out of your home, become an Indian and see others as Indians.</p>Aashithttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17610006039872575070noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3775487369645330511.post-75212067116996514782022-11-26T18:10:00.005+05:302022-12-03T14:24:09.707+05:30Constitution Day & We The People of India.<div style="text-align: justify;">Just ask yourselves how many times have you wished your friends & family on the occasion of our country’s constitution day? We do celebrate the Independence day and Republic day, but we knowingly ignore the greatness & importance of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><br /></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><b><u>Why Dr. BR Ambedkar is important for all of us? <o:p></o:p></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Just imagine our country before independence. We, all of us,
were slaves of someone. There was a hierarchy of caste system. Each caste was
inferior to some other caste. This system existed on the basis of Manusmriti.
Even on top of this, there were the rulers of that time; be it French,
Portuguese, Adilshahi, Nizamshahi, Britishers, etc. The situation of our
country was pathetic before independence. It was only because of the Indian
constitution which gave us equality, fraternity, justice, brotherhood, sisterhood,
freedom of speech, freedom of choice, freedom of worship and various
fundamental rights and duties too. This basic structure of democracy was given
to us by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. The irony is that someone has to tell this
thing after 75 years of our independence how important our constitution is. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Once, actor Jitendra said in an event that, “getting the
freedom is one thing and maintaining that independence is a different thing.”
This strong position is very hard to achieve for a country who went under so
much destruction from foreign attackers for thousands of years, the
pre-existing religious slavery which compelled us to remain slaves and we can
just keep counting such sufferings of our ancestors. The constitution of India
is the only thing which made the outstanding progress our nation is making on
global level possible, competing the superpowers like China & USA.
Otherwise, these politicians would’ve sold our nation already for their own
profits and left the country with the civil war. This won’t be happening
because our constitution doesn’t allow to be mean to our own countrymen. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The true meaning of patriotism Isn”t just saying Jai Hind or
Vande Matram; it lies in our constitution. We must know why we’re not still in
slavery, we must think why Dr. Ambedkar has put the articles which tells us the
specifics of our individual freedom as a citizen of this country. Why we must
be curious about these things, is because such freedom & fundamental rights
never existed before for us. Why it is written in our constitution that
everyone will be equal? Because there was no equality amongst us before. We
we’re divided in caste, sub-caste, gotra, religion, region, states, languages,
culture, colour, birthplace, gender, financial status, etc.; we were also racist,
sexist & oppressive, which we are still now. Despite of all these
distinctions, we are a country. We never said “unity in diversity” before. This
thing is given to us by the constitution. These rights are mentioned under
Articles 12 to 35 of the Indian Constitution.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><b><u>Why Indian women are so ignorant towards Dr. Babasaheb
Ambedkar?<o:p></o:p></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was the first person who thought
about the birth control, not merely to control the population but looking at
the health of a woman he has suggested the limit on the number of children in a
family. He also advocated birth control to develop the Indian economy, which
later became India’s National Policy for Family Planning. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">When he introduced the Hindu Code Bill, it was the women of
this country who opposed it thinking that it’ll disregard & insult Hindu
religion. Even Babasaheb himself was aware that he’s going to be hated for this
because he knew the Indian mentality. The Hindu Code Bill was for the
betterment, upliftment & liberation of Indian women. If we look at the
caste hierarchy, women were treated even worse than the Shudra. This was
happening from thousands of years and women thought this is how it is.
Babasaheb wanted to enlighten Indian women and make them independent. He wanted
Indian women to live life on their own terms, make progress in their lives
without the need of any man. He was a true feminist & first visionary
leader who became a messiah for Indian women by giving rights such as : <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">1. Voting right to all Indian women <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">2. The Hindu Succession Act, 1956 (Inheritance of property
for women) <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">3. The Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956 (Right to adopt
children)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">4. The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (Right to divorce &
Right to remarry)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">5. The Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 (the mother
is authorised to change the guardian of a minor)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">6. Maintenance allowance from husband on attaining
legitimate separation. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">7. Maternity Benefit Bill (maternity leave for women)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">8. Women Labour Welfare Fund <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">9. Women Labour Protection Act<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">10. Women & Child-Labour Protection Act <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">11. Equal pay for equal work irrespective of gender <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">12. Mines Maternity Benefit Act <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">13. Restoration of Ban on Women Working Underground in
Mines. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The most important thing to remember here, that all these
rights were not there for Indian women before independence because women were
treated as slaves of men. These rights are given not only for Hindu, Muslim or
Buddhist women, they are for all women living in India. Everyone are enjoying
these rights everyday but we’re not interested in knowing who gave us these
rights. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><b><u>The caste angle: <o:p></o:p></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar comes from a community which was
untouchable before India’s independence. After a lot of struggle &
hardships for his basic as well as higher education, he ultimately became the
chief architect of Indian constitution. He abolished the caste system by
criminalising the practice of untouchability. To bring the representation of
untouchables into the mainstream, Dr. Ambedkar gave this community a scope of
representation by giving them the reservation. This system is also called as
affirmative action in other countries. This reservation of seats in various
fields gave this community the right to education, equality, freedom of
profession and many other basic human rights which was denied to this whole
community for thousands of years.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Some members of so called upper caste communities find this
system of reservation (affirmative action) as discrimination to them. Because
they think that they have to pay higher fees than the reserved castes, they
might have to lose their opportunities of jobs, govt schemes and political
elections because a certain part of our population have that “privilege” of
reserved seats for them. And here comes the mockery of this system where the
introduction of Economically Weaker Section (EWS) takes place only because of
the insistence of the so called upper caste groups who claim to be financially
poor. They made this system of representation (affirmative action) a poverty
elimination program, which is an insult of the core values of the constitution.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">There are other ways of elimination of poverty but the
reservation of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes is the only target. There
were numerous attempts by the so called upper caste groups to end this
reservation but they failed because it is the fundamental right of the
historically oppressed castes and it cannot be removed from the constitution.
This is the reason they started demanding reservation for themselves. A
five-judge Constitution bench of the Supreme Court was hearing the case of EWS
quota; where three judges upholds the EWS quota, while two others expressed
their dissent and termed the EWS category as “unconstitutional”. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">We have to understand the significance of those two
dissenting views. Justice Ravindra Bhat said, <i>“by excluding the poor among
SC/ST/OBC from economically backward classes, the amendment practices
constitutionally prohibited forms of discrimination.”</i> An important statement in
this dissent comes further – <i>“Our constitution does not permit exclusion and
this amendment undermines the fabric of social justice and thereby the basic
structure. This amendment is deluding us to believe that those getting social
and backward class benefit is somehow better placed. This court has held that
16(1) and (4) are facets of same equality principle. The characterization of
excluding the poor of SEBCs is incorrect. What is described as benefits cannot
be understood as free pass, it is a compensatory mechanism to reparate. The
exclusion is based on social origin which destroys the equality code.” </i><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Looking at this whole scenario, it is very much clear that
the so called upper castes doesn’t think about the progress of our country in a
logical way. Any section of our society which is deprived of their basic rights
makes our whole country backward because it can be seen as the state has
nothing to do with that section of the society. The abolition of reservation
will also lead our country to an economic crisis and this is a chain reaction
which will also affect the upper castes. The best example of this can be seen
in the Kaala movie directed by Pa Ranjith, where the workers of Dharavi stops
working. This leads to a blockade in the whole area. This small action will
affect the economy of the city, and if this continues, whole nation will
suffer. If the reservation system is removed, majority of population will lead
to lack of education, which will lead to unemployment, loss of money, fall of
share market and ultimately economic breakdown. <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><br /></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><b><u>Do we thank Dr. Ambedkar for giving us the best
constitution?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">We were living in a very different world before our
constitution came into existence. India is not just a piece of land. It is a
country which you, me and we together make. Our personal autocratic nature,
behaviour with others, treatment given to all living beings, everything has
been changed gradually after our constitution came into force because
everything is written in it. Before, we were just an another British colony.
But today, we can call ourselves a developing country of educated &
civilized people. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Constitution makes the foundation of the system of a
country. It is a thing which tells us how to behave in a society. Our
constitution tells us to spread scientific temperament in our society, which
will eventually eradicate the fungus of superstition & blind faith and make
us progress. But what religious people thinks that our constitution tells us to
leave our religion behind and become atheist, which is wrong. If our
constitution gives us right to worship any God or religion, spreading
scientific temperament means to think in a logical way. If our constitution
wants us to think with proper reasoning and logic, we should understand that
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar wanted everyone of us to progress in our lives. If we
progress, our country will progress.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><b><u>Reality: <o:p></o:p></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The word secular has been interpreted wrongly by the right
wing Hindutva clowns. They think that secularism means disregarding the
majority and appeasing minority. Instead, secularism in our context is that the
state shall have no religion. Everyone will be equal before the law and the
state irrespective of their caste or religion. This is the secularism we expect
in our country. But the word “secular” is being misinterpreted badly and
naggingly called as “sickularism” by right wing Hindu fanatics. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In 2017, a union minister of BJP, Anant Kumar Hegde said,
“We’re here to change the constitution and we will change it”. In August 2018,
on Parliament street in capital Delhi, copies of Indian constitution was burnt
by some antisocial right wing Hindutva elements. Two of them were identified as
Deepak Gaur and Abhishek Shukla. Even after the identification of the accused,
the police were very calmly working on this case. During this, no minister in
power spoke against this incident. Even prime minister Modi was deliberately
silent on this issue even after many progressive organizations were holding
protests nationwide. The organisations holding protests were mostly related to
the Dalits and backward castes. Here, we should ask ourselves did we speak
against or discuss this thing with our friends and family? Did we feel insecure
that our country’s integrity is in danger? Why only Dalit organisations were in
majority in these protests? Does constitution belongs only to them? Being
silent on a particular incident means we’re supporting that thing. Why do we
call ourselves patriot if we don’t give heed to such incidents? After all these
questions, are we still eligible to wish each other on independence day or
republic day or any other festive occasions? Burning of constitution by fringe
organisations like Arakshan Virodhi Party &<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">
</span>Youth Equality Foundation (don’t know what equality they want by causing
disharmony in society) should be treated as sedition and we should be shameful
along with the prime minister Modi for not protesting against that incident.
From where did they got this confidence to burn our constitution particularly
on parliament street & why BJP is silent is a topic of debate.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p><b><u>Freedom & counter revolution:
</u></b></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p>
</o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p><br /></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p>There are many cases of muzzling freedom of speech. In a recent example, Aam Aadmi Party’s ex-MLA Adv. Rajendra Pal Gautam has resigned from his position because he renounced Hinduism and embraced Buddhism. Having faith in any religion is an individual's personal choice. But RSS-BJP couldn’t digest his conversion from Hinduism to Buddhism. They created a big issue out of this like it's a national emergency. All the TV channels started debating about his conversion and why did he renounce his faith in Hindu religion. A question arises here, is that according to the racial supremacy ideology of RSS-BJP, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism are the sects of Hinduism. Then what’s is problem if someone from core Hinduism follows any of these sects which are a part of Hinduism according to them? A diplomatic theory applies here, that if you cannot finish a particular thing and somehow you have to accept its existence, then you start calling it a part of yourself. In this way, when thousands of years of attempts of Vedic Aryans failed to diminish Buddhism, they started calling it their own version. In Rajendra Pal Gautam’s case, the Aam Aadmi Party could’ve defended his decision of conversion stating that it’s his personal choice. Instead, they fell on their knees in front of BJP’s hullabaloo and accepted his resignation, which I feel is a shame for AAP who profess and portray that they follow Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh’s path by having their portraits always behind them in every Kejriwal’s video.</o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p><br /></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p>First they will try to manipulate you, then they’ll attack you, if you don’t fall for their propaganda, they’ll confuse you. On 1st January 2018, casteist mobs started attacking followers of Dr. Ambedkar when they went to pay homage to the martyrs of Mahar battalion soldiers. Everybody knows the struggle between the upper castes and lower castes. Two accused masterminds of that attack were Manohar (alias Sambhaji) Bhide and Milind Ekbote. Later, the then chief minister Devendra Fadnavis gave a clean chit to him saying in the assembly that Bhide guruji has nothing to do with these riots. The both main accused gets released on bail. And whole narrative changes. According to the newly made up story, the attacks were done by naxalites. There was an event called Elgar Parishad which was held a day before the attacks took place i.e. on 31st December 2017. The speakers in that event were Gujarat MLA Jignesh Mevani, Rohith Vemula’s mother Radhika Vemula, Adivasi activist Soni Sori, Vanchit Bahujan Aaghadi leader Adv. Prakash Ambedkar, Bhim Army President Vinay Ratan Singh, retired Bombay High Court Justice BG Kolse-Patil, and student leader Umar Khalid. All these activist guests were a part or supporters of Dalit movement. Pune police alleged that the event was organised by Maoist party and arrested Surendra Gadling, Rona Wilson, Mahesh Raut, Sudhir Dhawale, Shoma Sen and Stan Swamy. Later, on the occasion of Dr. Ambedkar’s 129th birth anniversary, his grand son-in-law Anand Teltumbde was arrested. On 5th July 2021, tribal activist Father Stan Swamy, who was the oldest person to be accused of terrorism in India, died before getting a bail. As the matter is subjudice, we won’t discuss further. But these are the course of events and how narrative was completely changed from attacks on Dalits to the Naxalism. </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p>The question is still unanswered, that who created riots in Bhima Koregaon, what would Naxals get by attacking Dalits and where are the voices of victims? </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><b><u>Modi sarkar, majoritarianism, fundamentalism and
undeclared emergency! <o:p></o:p></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Before the 2014 general elections, the Indian media used to
address the government as the government only. But after BJP came to power, the
narrative of Indian politics changed because we started calling the new
government as “Modi sarkar”. Even after Narendra Modi was shouting that he’s a
Pradhan sevak, we still call him and his government as “Modi sarkar”. The
discourse of Indian politics is heading towards presidential democracy (like
USA) from our parliamentary democracy. The greatest example of this was the
“demonetization”. A constitutional bench of the supreme court is hearing public interest litigations challenging the constitutional validity of the
demonetization done by Narendra Modi suddenly without making sure a basic thing
that whether 100% of Indian population was holding a bank account or not. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It’s a delusion created by Indian media that we only have
two prime ministerial candidates i.e. Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi. BJP
succeeded in making Rahul Gandhi a “pappu” and in this confusion only one
option left that is Narendra Modi. This is one of the reasons he came to power
again without much efforts. On the other hand, after BJP came to power,
Congress started targeting the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh for the incidents
like mob lynching, compulsion of saying Vande Matram, and such other kinds of
promotion of hyper-nationalism. Why didn’t Congress ban the RSS when they were
in power? Wasn’t their government aware that such right-wing organisations will
create mishaps in our country in future? It's a propaganda of normalising the
majoritarianism where I do not differentiate Congress & BJP. They both are
using the news media and digital media to pit each other to further confuse the
nation that we have only these two options, one is pappu and the other one is
the greatest Mahatma after Gandhiji. This is leading all the power into one
man’s hand, that is Modi. Again, don’t take this name by word. RSS can bring
another Modi if they think he becomes overpowering. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">We are not off the topic. Our constitution gave us a system
of parliament where we will elect our representatives. If this whole decision
making process goes in one hand, the day will not be far where the people in
power will throw away our constitution or burn it down to bring their own rule.
The recent highlight of this majoritarianism is getting normal is when the
newly elected president Hon. Draupadi Murmu was seen taking blessings from a
Brahmin. If BJP is boasting about making an Adivasi (tribal) woman the
president of India, why didn’t they respect her culture & tradition of
worshipping the nature. Instead, they made her join hands in front of Hindu gods
and even she took blessings from a Brahmin. Tribals are not Hindus, BJP-RSS
calls them Vanavasi. In short, Adivasi means the indigenous/aboriginals living
in the same region until now from thousands of years, we can also call them the
Moolnivasi. Whereas, calling them Vanavasi means reducing their identity to a
mere “residents of the forests”. If their mentality is like bringing a
non-Hindu tribal person to the greatest post needs a purification by a Brahmin,
then we should raise our voice against this to uphold the true identity of the
tribals. Another example is when our ex-president Ramnath Kovind was not
allowed to enter Puri Jagannath temple because he is a Dalit, and BJP doesn’t
speak against it. If this is the treatment the BJP gives to the presidents,
what equality, fraternity and just representation shall we expect from such a
political party. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">According to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the right to
constitutional remedies is the heart of the Indian constitution. Article 32 of
the Indian constitution gives us the right to move to the supreme court if an
individual, institution or the state denies someone their fundamental right
which are guaranteed by the the constitution. There are numerous cases of dalit
atrocities, rapes, murders, lynchings in the name of caste and religion. The
biggest examples of such cases are Aurangabad University name change movement,
Ramabai Nagar massacre, Khairlanji massacre, chopping off limbs of Bant Singh
in Punjab, 2002 riots in Gujarat, Nitin Aage murder in Kharda, Sagar Shejwal’s
murder due to mere ringtone, Akhlaq’s mob lynching in Dadri, Rohith Vemula’s
institutional murder in Hyderabad, Asifa rape case in Kathua, etc. Just think
about their sufferings and how many times the ruling parties have stabbed the
heart of our constitution by not doing their job of maintaining law and order.
This has happened during all the governments. Is this “Ram rajya” the Hindutva
forces wants to bring?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Dr. Ambedkar has already warned us saying, “If Hindu Raaj
becomes a reality, then it would be a greatest menace to this country. We
should make all out efforts to stop Hindu Raj from becoming a reality.” <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><b><u>Conclusion:<o:p></o:p></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The fanatics should learn that speaking against Modi is not
equal to speaking against India. Dissent is a thing which is very common in
democracies, where people can speak against the government, and government is
not a country. The people of that country can throw away the current government
(if it’s bad) to protect their country. The recent example is Sri Lanka. Even
if majority Indians are ignorant, at least when it’s a knock on their door,
then they will surely come forward to protect our country to prevent it from
becoming a Hindu Pakistan. One last suggestion to the Aam Aadmi Party is that
they should read Article 51 A(h) of Indian constitution before making any
majority appeasing statements. <o:p></o:p></p>

<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
<br />
</div>
<div>
<br />

<div>

I'm experimenting water-fasting on myself since last 40 hours. The thought of not eating for so long is scary but this is adventurous. Ate home made mutton on Sunday & since then I'm drinking only water & sometimes green tea for taste.<br />
Our body switches from digestion mode to healing mode and uses stored fats to generate energy which is called Ketosis. Also, because of 'only water' intake, our skin & all other organs starts rejuvenating themselves.<br />
On first day, we feel so much hunger.<br />
On second day, you start feeling pain on all those parts which have become weak or ill from inside.<br />
On third day, comes the feeling of euphoria. No hunger, no food cravings, nothing.<br />
This process also detoxifies & resets our body back to it's natural state. I've also experienced the resetting of my biological clock, because today I woke up at 7am! This resetting means, for example, our pancreas goes back to its original level of releasing insulin. This will help us prevent the diabetes. Resetting our brain chemical levels will improve our concentration because oxygen will flow towards it without any obstacle. Water will also clear your heart blockages.<br />
I'm convinced that the food industry has been scaring us saying that if we don't eat, we'll die. Which is true, but like other animals which live without food for many days & even months, even we're capable of doing that. But we're told to eat daily at particular time, and we're also dumping whatnot in our stomachs instead of "food". This is why, obesity is increasing day by day in the whole world.<br />
I'd suggest everyone to try this water-fasting at least for one day. Many Indians are doing it for God & religion but do it for yourself & observe the changes & benefits. My belly has decreased 1inch in just 1-2 days, that too without any hardwork, exercise, pain, medication, surgery or not even any home remedy! Your pores, pimples, boils, scars, stretch marks will also go away. But note, if you're going to do it for more than 1 or 2 days, first think about your capacity & also consult a good doctor.</div>

On 1st January 2018, the so called upper caste Hindutva group lead by Manohar Bhide & Milind Ekbote makes a conspiracy to instigate riots in the state and violently attacks innocent people from backward section of the society, who are followers of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, in Pune's Bhima Koregaon and destroys their vehicles who were gathered there to pay homage to their brave ancestors who fought for their own freedom from the caste based slavery imposed by Peshwas.<br />
2. Maharashtra Govt. lead by CM Devendra Fadnavis directs the police department to arrest speakers & organizers of Elgaar Parishad saying that Naxalites attacked the people gathered in Bhima Koregaon & this program was the crux of the violence which took place there on 1st January because the organizers & speakers supports Naxalism. He did not know about the meeting taken by Manohar Bhide & Milind Ekbote to conspire the violence & attack on the next day.<br />
3. From 2nd January 2018, as a reaction, marginalized groups, mainly Ambedkarites in Maharashtra started protesting against the attack on their community & demonstrations took place in each & every part of Maharashtra & in other states also. (It is our right to protest against wrong things in democracy & it is legal.)<br />
4. CM Devendra Fadnavis, who is also the minister of home affairs (runs the dept like a part time job) directs the state police to start the combing operation & arrested many young people who were protesting in legal way. Here, even police illegally enters in the homes of Ambedkarites, beats people yelling casteist words like Dalit, Mahar, Bhangi, etc., destroys their private property & breaks the parts of vehicle wherever they see images of Buddha & Ambedkar on bikes or cars.<br />
5. Casteist BJP, who is in power, gets success in shifting focus of the people & media from 1st point to 2nd & 4th and destroys the future of many innocent Ambedkarite youths by forcefully putting them in jails & eventually trapping them in court cases even after their release from the prison.<br />
6. Many people were arrested without any reason, only because they belonged to Mahar caste or Buddhist by religion.<br />
7. The masterminds of this events are roaming free because they're friends of CM Devendra Fadnavis.<br />
8. Media is showing news of Elgaar Parishad under the headline of "Bhima Koregaon Case".<br />
9. In these news, only the leftists & Ambedkarite activists are shown without mentioning the Saffron Hindutva side, which was the real crux of the violence.<br />
10. Government & media can analyse both the cases i.e. Naxal supporters & people who attacked dalits in Pune, separately. But they are merging these two cases knowingly, so that Manohar Bhide & Milind Ekbote will remain safe.<br />
<br />
This is the casteist agenda of BJP who wants to eradicate backwards & minorities in India by destroying democracy & make this nation a Hindu Rashtra based on inhuman rules of Manusmriti.</div>

Today, I'm 26 years old. I'm getting older & doing nothing in my life. Yes, I'm stuck! Not because I've nothing in my mind but because I have no money. I know money is not everything, we can choose to live obscure or trivial life without success & money, but there's no success without money. Moral support is one thing which I'm getting from my near & dear ones, but financial support is a rare thing which is very hard to get even when there are rich people are still around us. Since I was 20, I have so many ideas for unique start-ups, variety of stories to make films, business models which can change the world. We need mind to make ideas, but we've made this world where we need money to make money. That's why rich are becoming richer & poor are getting more poor. Money has become everything, even more important than someone's life. I've heard, that in some foreign country, when people tell others what she/he is doing in life, others would give some amount of money to appreciate & help them. That's because those people can understand the art & importance of other's ideas and they try to nurture & preserve them. Here, we have a problem of caste. People only help others from their own caste. I'm from a community where very less number of people are rich; and many of those develop some kind of ego which prevents them to help others. I never went anywhere to anyone to beg for money. I always ask people to invest & keep the profit. I just want to bring my ideas to life. I have so many skills on which I can do a job & fill my belly but that conventional thing i.e. getting a degree, getting a job & getting married is not my motto. There are a lot of people whose dreams end up in dreams. This depression is of a dying star and there are so many out there in this world. I'm not exaggerating anything here by counting myself in those dying stars, this is a reality. I know if I work hard I'll be successful & become a star. I've made a documentary film by putting extreme efforts on my own, but I assume that success is less than 0.1% if I compare it to what I intend to do in my life. This is not an emotional article, I'm expressing the reality here. I can see a big struggle & many obstacles but beyond that, there's success.<br />
After getting few awards for my documentary movie, many said they want to work with me; but while making it, initially no one helped me. This should never happen. We are social animals and we've to help each other to coexist. I personally think, that it's my responsibility to take my friends along with me in whatever project I'm doing & share my success with them. Whenever anyone need any help, I use my contacts & try to provide full support from my side, ask anyone! If everyone starts thinking this way, no one would have to keep their dreams in dreams. On this birthday, if you want to wish me, show your support; we'll help each other, work together & conquer the world. If, somehow, I did it on my own, don't ask me why did it alone! 😊</div>

What if I say, the below mentioned are various wings of Congress...<br />
BJP is a fanatic Brahminical wing,<br />
AAP is a moderate wing,<br />
NCP is a Maratha wing,<br />
RPI (Athawle) is a Dalit wing,<br />
ShivSena & MNS is a regional communal wing.<br />
<br />
The reason I suspect this is because Congress ruled for almost 60 years, they never banned RSS & now they're yelling against it.<br />
None of these demanded ban on RSS.<br />
The condition of Dalits & Muslims in their regimes remained degraded & persecuted.<br />
Amongst OBCs & some other castes, only those are in good condition who conform to their Hindutva ideology.<br />
Fake drama of developments are done only when elections comes closer. On the other hand, we've seen riots to polarize votes.<br />
These mainstream politicians just speak against terrorism & naxalism but end up making profits for weapon manufacturers.<br />
<br />
There are lot of other things which happens in similar way under these regimes. Not a single person took a revolutionary step to change this system. And this media is portraying upcoming elections in such a way that we only have two options i.e. Rahul Gandhi or again Narendra Modi! People must think that this is a propaganda to make an illusion that Indians just have two options for upcoming Prime Minister. But we have to keep in mind that we need a change and should vote a new & young person to rule India, be it any party but she/he must respect & protect the constitution unlike Modi-Shah's BJP. The next PM could literally be anyone amongst us; it could be you or me too! We must leave behind the traditional system of electing an old person for the post of Prime Minister for a country of youths...<br />
<br />
The top 10 goals for the next Prime Minister of India should be (or if I become the PM, my agenda would be...)<br />
<br />
1. Ban organizations like RSS, VHP, HJS, Bajrang Dal, Ranvir Sena, Sanatan Sanstha including all those supporting such communal groups. This will result in stopping mob lynchings, violence & riots.<br />
2. Ban religious processions & loudspeakers which blocks roads creating traffic & noise pollution. Whether it is Ganpati, Namaz or any other thing. Religion should be inside of your home, as soon as you leave your home, you must be Indian.<br />
3. Sacking & arresting each & every person (or organization) who's facing serious corruption or criminal charges (or allegations also).<br />
4. Declaring all the money & gold accumulated in temples as a national wealth. This will help alot to boost our economy.<br />
5. Reducing investment on gold which is the biggest reason our rupee is falling down. We can say that, oil can be stated as a necessity but gold has no such importance other than the use in motherboards & chips. (As we import more gold, our economy gets a hit.)<br />
6. Cutting subsidies for religious festivals like haj or kumbh mela & (spend that money) increasing expenditure for free health & education for all. Developing public schools & public hospitals. This will also increase the employment rate.<br />
7. Resolving all Kashmir issues & protecting borders & citizens living on Indian borders by repealing 'military rule' from bordering Indian states.<br />
8. Promoting the use of solar power & other renewable energy resources & shutting down nuclear power plants which are causing damage to our nature.<br />
9. Banning things which creates air pollution like fire crackers, burning holi, cigarettes & smoking in public places.<br />
10. Scraping attestation of documents, to convey a message to our citizens that the government trust you.</div>

Since few years back, "end of ideology" is the term mostly used by the social activists and intellectuals of this country to depict the compromise in terms of one's own ideology. When many of the politicians as well as social workers are turning to the regressive parties from their former organizations, anyone might think that they're distancing themselves from their own beliefs.<br />
Firstly, we'll understand the ideology of the majority population of the the Hindus in India. As a result of religion and their orthodox beliefs, we know that most of them are the followers of <i>varnashrama </i>& caste system, which is the base of Hinduism. The sacred books of Hinduism preaches patriarchy, conspiracy & violence, which they call it as spirituality. Even if a modern Hindu person, who have embraced the western culture for his/her lifestyle, will not leave behind his so called tradition. The root cause of this issue is an act / culture / teachings / beliefs of "not questioning". So where the dissent itself if considered as a sin, how we're going to come out of the problems of patriarchy, misogyny & violence?<br />
<br />
When we say 'end of ideology', we want to portray some unexpected transition of thoughts. But what if we take it other way? I mean, what if we call it 'consolidation of ideology'! For example, a person from any political party like Congress, SP or even CPI or RPI leaves his present party and enters BJP or ShivSena. We'll start saying that this is an 'end of ideology'. Because we have developed a stereotype that a political party has an ideology so the members holds the same. But when they become the member of BJP or ShivSena, we have to look at that person's ideology & not the party's ideology which he/she was a member of. That member might have joined the party for their personal benefits, or I'd rather say mostly only this happens in politics & no one joins it to help people, all are selfish! So coming back to our initial point, when we look at my example, it might sound racist or casteist, but that's the only philosophy of Indian politics. When we check the people who jumps from one party to another, we'll find their ideological root in their religion & caste itself. There's no need to link his/her ideology to his/her party, unless he/she is the founder.<br />
<br />
So when we check the personal background of that person, they're grown in their casteist Hindu culture, which they call it as Indian culture. So, in today's context, when someone moves from any political party to BJP or ShivSena, they're just consolidating their ideology & not ending it. The Hindutva forces have succeeded in propagating their idea of Hindutva; and today we can see that any neutral Hindu person thinks that Hindutva is nothing but his "<i>Hinduness</i>". So it becomes easy for those Hindutva brigades to spread their propaganda in the name of Hindu religion, gods & their holy places; which I don't take it as a surprise. They can make it peaceful, but they always make things communal & instigate violence. It is expected from those who don't want to co-exist in such a wonderful diverse & multicultural country. But the challenging onus to emancipate those blank slates is on the progressive movements; 'Ambedkarites' to be precise.<br />
<br />
Therefore, when any person who you think is of a particular ideology & she/he will not compromise for it, please think again about the reach of RSS pracharaks in people's homes. No need to get surprised when we see a person changes his political party or any social organization without feeling any shame. Today it is easy to enter BJP/ShivSena saying that there is a scope to get the position, but in real it's their generic ideology working there. The difference in power and position is huge, which we have to learn from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar; I'll not go into it as it's a different topic. But those jumping from here & there, should think whether they are getting the power or just the position. We, as a responsible citizens of this nation, must think whether we should call it an 'end of ideology' or it's just the 'consolidation of ideology'.</div>

Likes & shares are just the matter of support & endorsement which is a result of your psychology; those who do not bother to place anything on their walls regarding <a class="_58cn" data-ft="{"tn":"*N","type":104}" href="https://www.facebook.com/hashtag/babasahebambedkar?source=feed_text&story_id=1281527018569190" style="color: #365899; cursor: pointer; font-family: inherit; text-decoration-line: none;"><span class="_5afx" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit;"><span aria-label="hashtag" class="_58cl _5afz" style="color: #4267b2; font-family: inherit; unicode-bidi: isolate;">#</span><span class="_58cm" style="font-family: inherit;">BabasahebAmbedkar</span></span></a> should introspect their mentality & ask their parents too that what is the reason of their upliftment, development, convenience, accommodation, privileges, luxury & most importantly the right<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline; font-family: inherit;">s in their personal, educational & social life, their jobs, businesses. Ask yourself about the freedom you got. If you find it hard, leave the list of <a class="_58cn" data-ft="{"tn":"*N","type":104}" href="https://www.facebook.com/hashtag/drambedkar?source=feed_text&story_id=1281527018569190" style="color: #365899; cursor: pointer; font-family: inherit; text-decoration-line: none;"><span class="_5afx" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit;"><span aria-label="hashtag" class="_58cl _5afz" style="color: #4267b2; font-family: inherit; unicode-bidi: isolate;">#</span><span class="_58cm" style="font-family: inherit;">DrAmbedkar</span></span></a>'s contributions like the RBI, PF, DA, 8 hours work limit, recognition of trade unions, legal strike act, Maternity leave & rights in family property for women, right to divorce & guardianship, equal pay for men & women, building dams & planning the irrigation, water & electricity management for future India, Hindu code bill, etc. but at least try to understand who wrote the Constitution of India and led the foundation of the world's biggest democracy! Isn't it amazing that within few years a single man transformed a religious autocratic notion to a secular democratic nation! Getting freedom is one thing & to preserve the freedom is a different thing. Denying the contributions of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is a result of lack of education & not knowing the real fabric of our own country. Posting Indian national flag on our profiles & chanting few slogans is not nationalism, but recognizing our heroes & their thoughts is. I'm not asking anyone to become hardcore Ambedkarite like me, but ignoring a person who gave you all the rights & freedom is not a good act.</span></div>

<span style="color: #4b4f56; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">I'm having a feeling that I live in some terrorist occupied city. Everywhere bombs are exploding, experiencing breathing issues due to air pollution as I've also suffered from chronic sinusitis, many of us have started blood pressure issues due to noise pollution. Some retards are bursting bombs at every dawn around 5 o'clock everywhere. Yesterday, I was in sleep at around 5:30am dreaming something horror & suddenly a bomb explodes in front of my house! I woke up in panic & my heart was beating extremely fast at abnormal rate like I'm suffering from tachycardia. When I went in my balcony, a 28-year-old stupid boy was 'enjoying the explosions' alone.
I think we, i.e. our social workers, environmental activists, politicians & everyone have failed in creating awareness in society about the pollution, harm, stress, etc. in festivals like diwali. Plus, some senseless people are creating a culture of bursting crackers in early morning, when others are sleeping; I'm observing this since last 2-3 years. These people do not think about their fellow citizens. We're destroying our own atmosphere, nature, lives along with culture.
This is not our culture. Firecrackers are manufactured & made in China for their business & selfishness. If we want to call this the festival of lights, we've stop bursting the useless bombs & firecrackers. At least we must follow the 2005 order of Supreme Court, where it defines the 'nighttime' from 10pm to 6am for not bursting crackers. Most of the citizens do not follow it, which is a result of religious fundamentalism.
Note:- I've not mentioned the dirt & trash which is the result of this festival. Every morning dalits in the very Hindu religion clean the country; but their number may decrease as most of them are leaving Hinduism and becoming/have become Buddhists nowadays (see Una protests in Gujarat). So if you want to continue to burst firecrackers, be prepared to clean your surroundings on your own.
Till then have a safe & happy festival of explosions. (Because I can't call it a festival of lights, at least now!)</span></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
We have many philosophies in the
world to embrace. We know philosophers who are known for their precious
thoughts of liberty which are globally accepted. From Lord Buddha to Socrates, Lao
Tzu & Confucius to Friedrich Nietzsche, Karl Marx to Che Guevara &
Fidel Castro, Abraham Lincoln to Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela to Dr. B.R.
Ambedkar; each and every part of the world, whether it is America, Africa,
Europe or Asia have its own culture which is different from each other but
there is a common thing concerned everywhere which is called Freedom. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
In today’s developed world, we see
that thinking process of each individual is unique in its own way. May be it is
an impact of the interpretation of various philosophies. Also there are many
fabrications took place in the name of religion which created aggressive intolerance
in the minds of the impuissant people which led to craven bifurcation of
communities. There are two major sects in each community, i.e. orthodox and
progressive. I think these radical orthodox people are harmful for today’s
humanity because they prefer their religion’s law instead of democracy. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
Democracy is a natural freedom for
humans, but due to some limitations, it becomes a political system which is
essential for controlling everything in its setted region. A person who do not
accept the laws of democracy is a threat for his/her own fellow humans.
Nowadays, we are experiencing an increased level of religious, social &
cultural intolerance. Our society is being more prone to incidents of
atrocities on innocent people by fanatics & fundamentalists. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
Un-freedom is a movie, which I saw last
year, shows us the reality of the world; the world which sees things with their
perspective of culture and religion. We, as an Indian, openly looks & talk
on terrorism and hatred environment, which isn’t bad; but the intimate
relations, love, romance & sex are like taboo for us. Nowadays, increased
intolerance (I wouldn’t say “growing”) is preventing us from speaking our own
thoughts in public and on the other hand government is silent on anti-democratic
activities. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
I wouldn’t write much about the
storyline of the film, rather I’d like to write on its overall impact. I found
that this film is the mirror of today’s world. We know how rationalists,
atheist or intellectuals are facing threats and being murdered because of their
different thought and on the other hand people who are fighting for their basic
rights; whether they are farmers, Dalits, Adivasis, minorities, LGBTs, etc. Not
a single person received the justice. Every time only the inspections,
investigations, research, etc is going on, but no powerful or impactful result
came out for these ignored section of the society. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
Each & every part of the film lets
us to relate things which we’ve seen or experienced in our life until now. As a
creative person, I personally know what does it feel to make changes in your
art or edit it according to other’s perspective. Religious fundamentalism and
moral policing is the thing which is a threat for free thought and art. Their
demand is that they want to watch the film whether it is approved by Censor
Board or not, to check whether the film hurts the religious sentiments or not.
The person who is being tortured in the film, shows us the present situation of
the free thinkers in today’s society. If you have different view from those with
radical fanatic thoughts, you are going to suffer from a hatred environment and
may be life threats also. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
The other part is about the feelings
of two lesbians. All LGBTs are considered to be of bizarre sexual orientation
by straight society and is forced to follow the taboo. Such feelings of same
sex are natural and others need not to interfere into one’s personal sexual
preferences. But they are treated as kinky, dirty and criminals by conservative
society. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
Due to such outdated thinking,
we’ve seen numerous attacks on couples by fanatic groups. They also record
their video to warn other so it’ll never happen again. But the worst situation
is what, when the police arrests couples from closed private rooms for “public
indecency”. To show affection towards our own loved ones, we’ve to start a
protest campaign like “Kiss of love”! Are we living in a democracy of 21st
century or in a state where dictating laws like Manusmriti or Sharia is
imposed? These parallel fanatic vigilante forces create riots by taking help of politics of vendetta.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: .5in;">
Currently, there is a debate of
anti-nationalism going on with a new trend of #BharatMataKiJay. This whole row
depicts us to force one’s own concept of nationalism onto others. In the history
of the world, we’ve seen many forms of powers and governments changing into
others. Looking at those scenarios, hyper-nationalism took place when a
dictator was being formed. So there is a place to think that something
different is going on in politics & power which common man did not know.
Otherwise there should not be a space for silly issues like cow & beef, which is taking place on
national level today. Although, every citizen is connected to everything in
their country, so we’ve to be awakened & become enlightened to think
whether it is Freedom or Un-freedom? <o:p></o:p></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<i><b>(Note:- This article was written on 30 Januray, but I kept adding points as they came into my mind and confirmed them.)</b></i><br />
<br />
Today is Rohith Vemula’s birth anniversary. Personally, his
death hurt me very badly. Emotionally I was broken from inside. I’m still
keeping an eye on every news that comes in that matter. I would call it a
“death” because I’ll not call it a suicide nor can claim that he was physically
killed, obviously due to the lack of strong evidence. But we can definitely say
that it was an “institutional murder”. Ya! This term has become very familiar
to us in these days but what is that, how & why it’s done?<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Caste-conflict is not an issue of contemporary politics.
We’ve to look at the historical wars between Dravids & Aryans and then
Brahmins & non-Brahmins. While speaking with some youngsters who presently
studies in colleges, I came to know that they think the casteism is a recent
thing and has nothing to do with our history and it is limited only to the
reservations. While on the other hand, youth in protests and overall movements knows
everything behind these atrocities. Well, it’s a different topic.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
We all know about the perspectives of both the sides and
what the facts are. I want to dissent that why Rohith Vemula’s death is being
an issue of “dalit or non-dalit”. First thing first, <a href="http://www.deccanchronicle.com/current-affairs/190116/hcu-suicide-hrd-denies-putting-pressure-on-varsity-as-demand-for-smriti-s-ouster-grows.html">The
HRD Ministry on Tuesday rejected allegations that it had put any pressure on
the University of Hyderabad in the matter relating to the suspension of Dalit
student Rohith Vemula, who committed suicide on Sunday</a>; but later the six
letters were came into light. Again a statement by Minister of Human Resource
Development ‘Smriti Irani’ said that he was not amongst the dalit society and
that issue should not be considered as “dalit vs non-dalit”. And later on found
that she was wrong, or it may be a conscious false statement. I don’t know! But
if we consider it a mistake, question arises “<i>why & how?</i>” or if it
was a mindful claim, people like me may dissent that “<i>whether that statement
was made to dilute the issue and make it mild like a common death? So that the
protests and rallies will be reduced and no pressure will come on BJP
government as their ministers are involved in this matter.</i>” She then said Bandaru
Dattatrey himself is a dalit. So, she’s trying to say that a non-dalit faced
discrimination & died because of a dalit person. Great logic! The problem
is not that whether any of them are dalit or non-dalit. Both are human first,
but a student was trying to spread the message of emancipation, while the minister
was propagating the Hindutva of RSS. First of all, we, the people of India are
not silly to consider her statements as true. If she tries to do that, she has
to remember that the protest during the Nirbhaya’s rape & murder was not
gathered on the basis of the caste. Also, <a href="http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/politics-and-nation/students-suicide-bjp-dalit-leader-attacks-bandaru-dattatreya-smriti-irani/articleshow/50671792.cms">former
Union minister Sanjay Paswan who is a leader of BJP itself accused Union
ministers Smriti Irani and Bandaru Dattatreya of showing "grave
insensitivity" in this matter.</a> <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Just to make you people remember, I want to add a point that
Nirbhaya, who was raped & later on died. I still do not know what her caste
was, inspite of the huge protest in all over India. But in Rohith Vemula’s
case, whole world came to know ‘in detail’ that he was a dalit who belonged to
Mala caste which falls in Scheduled Caste category. And also his father was
from Vaddera caste which falls in Other Backward Castes. WHY? During Nirbhaya’s
incident, whole India stood up for her, irrespective of caste, which was a good
sign of sensible citizens, but what happens to those sensible citizens when
some caste-atrocity takes place. No one stood up except staunch followers of
Dr. Ambedkar, some organizations working for backward castes and Republican
parties. Non one stands up, not even today. I was looking for those candle-holders
who hold protest by finding the type of crime and caste of that person. Despite
knowing that people from all over the world are protesting against the
institutional murder, India’s so-called upper caste who protest for abolition
of reservation seems to be not interested in taking part in protests which
demands the arrest and investigation of abettors of death of a research scholar
student of India, who was going to become a scientist in future. But for those
so-called elites, Rohith was just a dalit. Why don’t they understand that he
was a human like you and me. By looking at this situation I feel that caste and
money is more important than someone’s life. One more thing to add, that
Nirbhaya became the India’s daughter, but Priyanka Bhotmange who’s family was
brutally raped, tortured & murdered in Khairlanji, hardly receives
attention of India.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Which institute in the world kicks
their students out of the colleges and hostels! Didn’t they thought that
they’ll die in such cold atmosphere! Important thing is, if administration
found the students of ASA group was anti-national, why didn’t they reported it
to the police? Instead of boycotting them from hostels, enquiry could have been
taken place. And if they were not committing any wrong things, why university
administration expelled them? The students were in the middle. How come Union
Minister is directly available to a student’s group like ABVP which takes
immediate action and involves MHRD directly without confirming the authenticity
of the story told by ABVP. How did the Bandaru Dattatrey came to the conclusion
that the ASA is “casteist, extremist & anti-national”? Most of the ASA
students are from Dalit or backward caste background, how can they become
casteist where a law exists just to protect people (from so-called
upper-castes) from the very society on whom the allegations are made. If
students of ASA were wrong, why didn’t administration took them to courts
instead of boycotting them for unknown period of time? And why they were
allowed to attend lectures then, if they were anti-national? Do you allow
terrorists to attend lectures in university partially expelling them? This is
clear case of ideology and caste-conflict in between ABVP (a Hindutva group)
and ASA (a Ambedkarite Buddhist group). In short, there was no strict lawful
action taken against ASA because administration knew that they cannot prove their
point and on the other hand, they don’t want ASA to reside in university hostel
only because they think they are (so-called) lower-castes which are going to
become scientists. (<i>Manusmriti tells that a lower caste should not sit or
stand along with the Brahmins as they are upper caste and can become impure
just by the shadow of lower caste. If lower caste tries to read, write, learn
something, a Brahmin must pour lead in his ears, cut his tongue and pluck his
eyes out. Lower caste has no right to be educated and earn wealth. Whatever he
has, must be taken out by the Brahmin.</i>)</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
May be Appa Rao Podile is taking a
revenge because <a href="http://scroll.in/article/802184/how-hyderabads-ambedkar-students-association-grew-to-establish-a-national-footprint">in
2002, however, a fight between some ASA members and three hostel wardens – one
of them being current Vice Chancellor Appa Rao – had led to the rustication of
10 students. “The trigger was that the wardens had moved a Dalit student off
his duties in the hostel mess and asked him to look after sanitation instead,”
said K Satyanarayana, a culture studies professor at Hyderabad’s English and
Foreign Languages University and one of the ASA's early members.</a> This fact cannot be denied.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
ABVP has started sharing Rohith’s photos with cigarette and
alcohol. If they feel that it is wrong, why your loved one political party or
NaMo is not banning all those products despite having power? There is a famous
thing, that if you are unable to fight on intellectual level and feel that you’re
going to fail, start maligning others’ character and shift the focus of the
discussion from intellect to character. I’m damn sure that Hindutva forces cannot
fight with Ambedkarites on intellectual ground.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Controversy on Yakub Memon’s hanging was a biased discussion
held in Hindutva groups which led to the confusion in neutral crowd. The truth
is that, he didn’t oppose the Yakub’s hanging, instead he was against the <b>capital
punishment</b> and the placards shown by ABVP as a proof depicts that Rohith
Vemula and Ambedkar Students’ Associations was anti-national, was completely
false. The images shown by ABVP are fake and ASA members have also denied &
rejected the allegations. If they were a supporter of terrorism, why didn’t
they held any anti-national activity in country since their existence?<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Questioning Rohith’s nationalism is a stupid thing. If he
supported Yakub Memon for his wrong-doings, why will he express his condolences
for the Indian military martyrs of Pathankot attack? We can still look his post
on his Facebook profile. Most important part is that, we’ve to look who is
raising questions on Rohith’s nationalism. ABVP, a student wing of RSS/BJP,
which do not respect Indian Constitution, democracy, secularism & peace.
The organization which was banned four times for anti-national activities and after
independence, the first reason was that they assassinated Gandhiji. If they
feel that killing people is wrong thing and Yakub Memon must be hanged; then
why do they praise Nathuram Godse who killed Gandhiji? Recently, RSS chief
Mohan Bhagwat said that “we can change our constitution”. Nowadays, such people
are deciding who is patriot and who is anti-national. I can provide a whole
list of attacks and vandalism by RSS, ABVP, VHP and their other sister
organizations like <b>Bajrang Dal, Ranvir Sena, Hindu Janjagran Samiti, Abhinav
Bharat, Sanatan Sanstha, etc</b>; the list is easily available on internet also.
They may not be knowing that patriotism lies in respecting the freedom of expression
of our own countrymen; and not declaring everyone as anti-national. If you’re
that much patriot that you feel your society is in danger, you’ll take the
‘help’ of laws and not ‘laws itself’ in hand considering you can instigate
violence. This quality of ABVP comes in light with their attacks on students
& audiences of <b><i>Ram ke Naam</i></b>, <b><i>Jai Bhim Comrade</i></b>
and <b><i>Muzzafarnagar baaqi hai.</i> </b>The films<b><i> </i></b>which
doesn’t match with their ideology and shows their patriotism in action. Also
their attack on <b><i>Kabir Kala Manch’s</i></b> freedom of speech portrays
what their nationalism is. If this is the matter that RSS and ABVP like to
characterize people as patriot and terrorist, why don’t they declare <b>Sadhvi
Pragya Singh Thakur </b>and<b> Col. Purohit</b> as terrosrists? Isn’t it
extremism and anti-national?<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Some people say that terrorism has no religion or color, but
I have my own personal view that terrorism has religion and color both. The
saffron terrorism, which tries to work and behave like Taliban. This ideology
killed many great people in the history of India, and also Rohith Vemula’s
death is a result of such elements exists even now. If we look at this case as
a general suicide which commonly happens anywhere, can those people give
answers to the murders of Dr. Narendra Dabholkar, Comrade Govind Pansare and
Prof. MM Kalburgi? These all murders including Rohith is an ideological battle
prevailing since thousands of years, on the basis of casteism & varnashram
system. The culprits caught were later found to be from Sanatan Hindutva
groups.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
BJP government is trying (according to their dogma of Sangh
Parivar) to transform universities into the dens of ABVP. They must answer how
many letters and reminders were sent to the various universities in which ABVP
created fracas with unions like <b>SFI</b> in Government Victoria College in
Palakkad, <b>AISA</b> in Allahabad University, <b>AISF</b> in Osmania
University, <b>DYFI</b> in Kottayam’s Govt college, <b>NSUI</b> & <b>CYSS</b>
in Delhi University? Why don’t BJP expel or rusticate ABVP students, blocks
their stipend or fellowships, boycott them from hostels & canteens, bring
them to ground, crush their voice. What are the strict actions are being taken
against “Hindu Swabhiman Sena” and “Durga Vahini” for arms training and toting weapons?
When some young people were protesting in Dharavi for Rohith’s death, some RSS goons attacked them with lathis & rods (which RSS teaches its swayamsevaks to use) and beats people injuring 10-15 students. Soon, Education Minister Vinod Tawde reaches the spot to pressurize the cops not to register a case against the RSS workers under the atrocity act. When Appa Rao Podile went on indefinite leave, Prof. Vipin Shrivastava get appointed as in-charge VC, who was the Dean of Physics when the fellowship was stopped to research scholar S Senthil Kumar who had committed suicide in the same university. These are the recent issues. The picture is clear that, ‘GOOD students of ABVP
complained to minister about BAD Ambedkarite students’ and minister blindly
believes & takes action without confirming the case. I don’t know how
Congress joined the protest, because if they have any idea of sufferings of the
common people & oppressed classes, they could have banned RSS way back when
they were ruling the country.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
More than 131 academicians around the globe wrote an open
letter in solidarity with Rohith Vemula. Protest demonstrations were held at
major universities and cities across the USA i.e. Boston, San Francisco, Michigan,
Washington DC, New York. Also in London (UK), South Africa, Rome (Italy), Portugal expressing outrage. Will RSS and ABVP declare them terrorist too? Protests are
growing in abroad demanding actions, arrest, investigation and punishment of
MHRD Smriti Irani, Bandaru Dattatrey, Vice-chancellor Appa Rao Podile and those
police who were involved in this case who didn’t acted fast and forced Rohith’s
mother and brother to finish the funeral to erase the evidence by destroying
his body quicky. It’ll be good if government sack all those involved, but Modi’s
government has already made it clear during the Arun Jaitley, Sushma Swaraj
& Lalit Modi row that no one from his ministry will resign. We’ve
previously seen that communalism was grown in BJP’s regime; the same atmosphere
we’re experiencing now, that’s why we call them intolerant. So BJP needs to
know that whoever rules their society with vengeance, immorality &
unfaithfulness, never rules again.<o:p></o:p></div>

<br />

<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />

<br />

India has became too much aggressive in advertising & marketing. In 2014, Indian politics has adopted the funda of advertising looking at Indian psychology & changing trends and issues. According, to the elections till now, we can see the impact of advertising on Indian people. Many of them (voters) are from different background other than politics. These common people "get affected" to this aggressive marketing of a brand (candidate) through advertises.<br /> This marketing contains not only advertises but also various types of campaigns targeting youth & colleges. This technique took the BJP to a higher success and fame. Also, social media helped it to reach more & more people. So, as a result, we can see, that people who do not belong to any political background or have no knowledge of politics or Indian history, they started supporting NaMo and all other candidates got erased from the minds of common people because of their slogan "Abki baar Modi Sarkar" was continuously hammered on people. Taking this into consideration, thinking process of common people went towards the Modi's side; and this campaining forced people think that "If we vote any other candidate, our vote will be wasted. So better to vote BJP instead of our fixed/favorite candidate."</div>
