Understanding Ambedkar & Ambedkarism

  Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was born on 14th April 1891 in a military cantonment in Mahu town of Madhya Pradesh. He was a political leader, philosopher, anthropologist, historian, orator, economist, teacher, editor (journalist), writer, revolutionary and a revivalist for Buddhism in India. He was the first Law Minister of India and also the Minister of Labor, Energy, Public Constructions & Water Resources. He was the chairman of Constitution Drafting Committee and became the chief architect of the Indian Constitution. Women Property Rights - Dr. B.R. Ambedkar

Most women in India don't know that their present property rights were first proposed by Dr Ambedkar in Hindu Code Bill 1951 which was rejected by Nehru. Because of this tussle, Dr Ambedkar resigned from the Law Ministry, not in the capacity of a "Dalit icon" as propounded by false media today but as a true nationalist whose ideas belonged to 21st century. The property rights of women were ultimately recognised by the government in the form of Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act 2005, 54 years after Dr Ambedkar introduced it.
